Your first deposit rewards you with a 20% bonus and some free bets, while bringing friends can get you profit boosts depending on how much they deposit. Other than that, there are seasonal promos with limited durations, but just one was available at the time of writing this review.

Welcome Bonus

DraftKings rewards all new customers with $200 in bonus bets, issued as eight separate bets, $25 each. What you have to do to claim the bonus is deposit a minimum of $5 and place a bet with the same minimum amount. That’s your qualifying bet. Once settled, you’ll receive the bonus instantly, regardless of the outcome. This bonus is available in all 26 states where DraftKings holds licenses.

In addition to that, your first deposit gets a 20% bonus, up to $1,000. The bonus funds are site credits, valid only for use on DraftKings, and have no cash value. They can’t be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded. This bonus is available in all 26 states as well.

The rewarded bets are valid for seven days. If you don’t use them within that period, DraftKings will void the reward. The bonus bets are not redeemable for cash, transferable, refundable, or included in any return of winnings. If you win one or more of them, only the profit from the winnings will be credited to your account.

For the deposit bonus, DraftKings will release $1 of the bonus funds into your account balance for every $25 played. You need to complete this playthrough requirement within 90 days to release the whole bonus amount into your account. The bonus funds don’t expire and have to be wagered 1x before withdrawal.

DraftKings features a five-tier loyalty program known as Dynasty Rewards, which you automatically become a member of as soon as you sign up. Early cash out is available through the website’s My Bets and mobile app section. It’s available for selected events, pre-game, live, future, and parlay bets. The cash out amount depends on how the event unfolds after you place the bet. Early cash out can’t be used on bonus bets.

Bet Builder

Bet Builder is available on DraftKings and includes both regular and same-game parlays (SGP). It works smoothly and is quite easy to use. There’s even a calculator on the website where you can try out different odds to familiarize yourself with how a parlay works.

DraftKings offers a wide selection of payment methods and doesn’t charge any fees on transactions. Deposits are instant, while withdrawals take anywhere from an hour to several business days, depending on the method. All payment methods are listed in the table below. It should be noted that American Express is also available only in New Jersey.

The DraftKings mobile app is one of the best sportsbook apps we’ve tried. It’s well-designed, intuitive, and very easy to navigate. In terms of functionality, the app performs pretty well. There’s a normal amount of occasional lag, which is more or less inevitable, especially during peak hours. Other than that, loading time is mostly quick. The biggest issue we had was with the geolocation function. You may occasionally need to restart the app for it to work properly, but that doesn’t happen too often and is generally not something to worry about.

The app is fully equipped with everything you can also find on the desktop website. There wasn’t anything missing that we’d need to go back to the desktop website for, and everything was easy to find and worked well. Parlays are quite easy to set, both regular and same-game ones. Odds update in real time, and you can also activate dynamic odds on same-game parlays. Live betting experiences the most lagging, which isn’t unexpected considering how much of a burden such a dynamic feature is for the app. But despite that, it was still one of the best live betting experiences we’ve had on a mobile device.

As for the live chat, you initially talk to a chatbot that asks you specific questions and directs you toward pages in the help center. Most of the time, this is enough to solve your issue, but if you insist on speaking directly to an agent, the bot informs you that an agent will contact you within 4 hours, which is quite a long time if you have an urgent matter. However, when we got to speak with an agent, they were friendly and helpful.

The help center on DraftKings is really worth the praise. It’s extensive and covers almost any topic a customer may be interested in. It’s also well-organized, intuitive, and easy to navigate. It even includes plenty of video guides, which are made in the style of online tutorials and are pretty explanatory.
