Relax Gaming continues to strengthen its presence in Ontario by teaming up with the well-known online operator, PointsBet. This new collaboration allows PointsBet to integrate Relax Gaming’s extensive portfolio of online casino games, including popular slots and live dealer options.
Details of the partnership
This collaboration between PointsBet and Relax Gaming will see the latter’s portfolio of games integrated into the PointsBet online casino platform. From popular slot titles to immersive live dealer experiences, the partnership aims to elevate PointsBet’s gaming offerings and provide users with a more diverse range of entertainment options.
Relax Gaming has long been recognised as a top-tier provider of online casino games and gaming platforms. The company entered the North American market in March 2022, debuting in Ontario as one of the first gaming content suppliers in the region. Since its launch, Relax Gaming has consistently expanded its presence, delivering over 120 games to multiple operators in Ontario alone. Ontario has emerged as a crucial market in the online gaming space, particularly since the regulation of online casinos and sports betting in April 2022.
PointsBet’s strategy has been to diversify its platform, ensuring that users have access to a variety of gaming options. This latest partnership with Relax Gaming is a key part of that strategy, as it adds a rich portfolio of proprietary content to PointsBet’s already robust platform.
Commenting on the partnership, Martin St?lros, CEO of Relax Gaming, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “Since we launched in Ontario, we have enjoyed tremendous success, with our content hitting the sweet spot for the broad range of players in the Canadian province.”
Scott Vanderwel, CEO of PointsBet Canada, also voiced his excitement about the partnership, stating, “Relax Gaming has established a strong reputation across North America and in Ontario in particular. The impressive range of content that will be integrated into our platform will increase engagement within our online platform, and we are delighted to be able to provide more immersive experiences to our audiences.”
In September 2024, PointsBet entered the Swiss market through a partnership with Grand Casino Luzern. Additionally, earlier in 2024, PointsBet launched in Pennsylvania via BetMGM, showcasing its ambition to break into new markets.
This partnership is expected to generate significant revenue starting in late 2024, aligning with PointsBet’s broader expansion plans. Both companies have expressed a keen interest in future collaborations as they continue to grow in the competitive online gaming space.
